I witnessed a frail elderly woman try to disembark by herself get to her car for more money so she could sail on the second cruise and gamble more money away.you'd think such a vip could at the very least get an arm to hold on the way to the ATM and back.if management was smart they wouldn't waste so much food. guests aka retired elderly widowed were treated well as long as the money was flowing. I mean who cares if all the drunk guests barf all over the place - the marine crew has to clean it not anyone of the Victory staff. The boat would be tossed around like a toy in the bathtub.
Plus management never followed their set rules for weather conditions and safety. The company only cares about money thats why this went on. Reason:most of the help were Temps working full time and were allowed to bring on their family &friends without anyone checking into who they were. There was separation between the job groups and the thievery was rampant in the food/beverage dept.
Management were temperamental and showed favoritism. This is one of the most shady places I have ever worked.
